摘要 |
本文探討希望理論在諮商關係建立中的應用及其相關影響因素。希望理論(Snyder, 2002)以目標設定、途徑思考與意志力思考為核心。心理師透過協助個案設定目標、探索解決途徑並強化內在動力,能提升工作同盟中的三大因素。此外,本文結合希望理論與影響因素關係建立的三因子(心理師、個案與環境),說明如何促進信任與合作。同時,文章強調希望理論在心理健康、教育及職場等領域的跨文化應用價值,並建議針對不同治療取向與文化背景進行深入研究。期待能為心理師提供實用指引,有助於深化治療關係並提升成效。

This study explores the application of hope theory in building counseling relationship and its influencing factors. Hope theory (Snyder, 2002) centers on goal-setting, pathway thinking, and agency thinking. By assisting clients in setting goals, exploring pathways, and enhancing inner motivation, counselors can strengthen the three components of the working alliance. Additionally, the study integrates hope theory with three key factors influencing relationship-building-therapist, client, and environment-to illustrate how trust and collaboration can be fostered. The paper also highlights the cross-cultural applicability of hope theory in mental health, education, and workplace contexts, recommending further research into its role across therapeutic approaches and cultural settings. This framework aims to provide practical guidance for counselors to deepen therapeutic relationships and improve outcomes.
