摘要 |
目的：女性婚後無論是否與夫家人同住，都需花費大量心力在夫家關係中找到自身合適的位置。本研究從韌力觀點出發，探討參與者在探尋自我定位時，面對挑戰、困境的心理韌力和調適策略。方法：研究採用半結構深度訪談法蒐集資料，經逐字稿轉錄與歸類分析，並由參與者檢視與修正後成稿。結果：研究參與者57歲的淑樺，在剛加入新家庭時發現家人關係經營不易，即便自己沒有預料到妯娌相處的這一塊，但是既然碰到了，就只能想辦法解決，希望可以讓所有關係人都好好相處。她從遭遇排擠（搶資源）、到願意考量全局退讓一步，甚至思索到公婆的處境與為難，在顧及自己立即家庭的同時，也協助婆家事務的處理。她在婆家找尋屬於自己的位置，不爭不搶、維持適當人際界限，善用自己的理性性格與處世智慧，與丈夫做理性溝通、取得同理，也尊重丈夫想要奉養盡孝、兄友弟恭的心意，最終取得眾人都可以接受、又不傷及自我的方式，讓自己進可退、退可守。

Objects: Married females have to spend a lot of effort to find a position in husbands' families, no matter living with/without together. This study tried to take a resilience perspective to examine a married female's coping wisdom with the in-laws. Method: The researcher used semi-structure interview to collect data, then analyzed the contents, finally sent the text to the participant to double check and revise. Results: Su-wha, a 57 year-old married female, found it not easy to get along with new family members. Even though the relationships with her sister-in-laws was unexpected in the first place, she could manage to solve the problems and hoped that the relationships with them could be improved. From being excluded by her sister-in-law for resources-grabbing to stepping aside to compromise to a great extent, she had been trying every possible way to deal with the difficulties facing her and her sister-in law. Whatever she had done was to secure an appropriate place in the in-laws' family. Never would she use any extreme approach (grabbing or fighting) to obtain her being recognized in the family. Keeping distance, holding boundaries, utilizing rationale and wisdom, as well as continuing communicating with her husband, she learned to respect and understand the responsibilities on her to do her duties of a family and at the same time to maintain respectable siblings' relationship. After years of efforts being poured into it, she had been recognized and had won the reverence she deserved in the end.
