摘要

近年學前教育不當管教事件頻傳,隨兒童權利意識提升,相關議題更受重視。教育部2023年公布《教保服務人員輔導與管教幼兒注意事項》,引發多元意見,顯示學齡前輔導與管教方式仍具討論空間。本研究以文獻回顧探討正向輔導與管教之研究,結果顯示:第一,學齡前研究不足,針對一般幼兒更為缺乏;第二,質性研究居多,量化研究不足;第三,正向策略尚未普及,部分人員仍採非正向方式;第四,策略運用前須建立良好師生關係與環境。建議未來研究加強正向輔導探討,並協助人員學習應用,以促進幼兒發展。

In recent years, incidents of inappropriate discipline in preschool education have been frequent, and with the rise of children's rights awareness, related issues have received increasing attention. In 2023, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan issued the Guidelines for Guidance and Discipline of Preschool Children by Educators, which sparked diverse opinions and highlighted the need for further discussion on preschool guidance and discipline practices. This study conducted a literature review on positive guidance and discipline, with the findings as follows: (1) research on the preschool stage remains limited, with even fewer studies on typically developing children; (2) qualitative studies predominate, while quantitative studies are insufficient; (3) positive strategies are not yet widely adopted, and some educators still employ non-positive approaches; and (4) successful implementation requires strong teacher-student relationships and supportive environments. Future studies should strengthen research in this area, while educators are encouraged to learn and apply positive strategies to promote child development.
