Mission

  1. To cultivate intellectuals with general knowledge, can be self-motivate, self-understanding, self-affirmative, and be willing to take challenges, face with difficulties optimistically, and respect others and yourself as well.
  2. To cultivate university students to have independent, autonomic and responsible attitude toward learning.
  3. To cultivate basic knowledge and theory of psychology and use in practical area (development and learning, school guidance, community counseling).
  4. To cultivate educational and guidance people with humanistic concern and self-awareness.
