摘要

         本文旨在探討保持正念存在狀態、心理師自我修練正念心性,以及在心理治療中運用正念協助當事人。就保持正念存在狀態,本文以為透過正念訓練,個體可連結內在智慧,使心智更為和諧整合;當正念醒覺程度愈大,將更易連結內在智慧,心智整合涵容範圍也更擴大。就心理師自我修練正念而言,除基本正念核心技能包含專注練習、開放監控、慈悲接納外,亦須鍛鍊治療歷程的臨在能力,覺受小我及無我意識本質。本文指出以正念協助當事人途徑為:重視治療歷程敘述當下體驗、學習正念態度、培養正念技能。希冀藉此文探討能裨益於正念學習者及助人者。

    This article aims to discuss the maintenance of mindfulness, the psychologist's self-cultivation of mindfulness, and assist clients in psychotherapy by using mindfulness. This article believes that through mindfulness training, individuals can connect with inner wisdom and make their minds more harmonious; when the degree of awareness of mindfulness is greater, it will be easier to connect with inner wisdom, and the scope of mind integration will also expand. As far as psychologists practice mindfulness, in addition to the basic core skills of mindfulness, including focus practice, open monitoring, and compassionate acceptance, they must exercise the ability to be present in the treatment process and feel the essence of selflessness. This paper points out the ways of assisting the client with mindfulness are: emphasizing the treatment process and describing the current experience, learning mindfulness attitudes, and cultivating mindfulness skills. It is hoped that this article will benefit mindfulness learners and helpers.
