摘要 |
正念屬於行為治療的分支,其在減少焦慮方面的效果,已有多項研究證實。不過在執行正念的過程中,可能因為個人和外界因素分心。本文採用文獻分析法,整理國內外文獻,得知透過虛擬實境結合正念冥想、正念引導的科技技術,可有效應用在多樣的對象上,有助於減少其焦慮,其中虛擬實境創造出的「臨場感」是促進人們融入虛擬場景的原因,不過虛擬實境正念訓練亦有其限制之處,而國內關於此類型的研究主題仍是待拓展的領域。

Mindfulness is a branch of behavioral therapy, and its effectiveness in reducing anxiety has been demonstrated in many studies. However, during the process of performing mindfulness, it may be distracted by personal and external factors. In this paper, we used literature analysis to collate domestic and foreign literature and found that virtual reality (VR) combined with meditation and guidance technology can be effectively applied to a wide range of participants to help reduce their anxiety, of which the "sense of presence" created by virtual reality is the reason for promoting people's integration into the virtual scene. However, VR mindfulness training also has its limitations, and domestic research on this type of topic is still an area that needs to be expanded.
