摘要

「花錢買快樂」是常見的消費心理,卻也可能伴隨消費後的懊悔,這凸顯金錢與快樂關係的複雜性。本研究結合正向心理學、消費心理學及聚焦幻覺視角,提出三個有意識轉化消費為快樂助力的方向:一、重視時間型消費所帶來的情感回報,而非犧牲陪伴時間換取金錢;二、避免陷入比較與快速適應的陷阱;三、練習提高對外在刺激的覺察與辨識自身需求。金錢無法直接買到快樂,關鍵在於能否跳脫「聚焦幻覺」的影響,轉而重視內在的豐盛,將金錢運用於滋養穩固的人際連結,並與個人價值觀及意義結合視人際關係、愛與安全感才是花錢花得快樂的根源所在。

"Spending money buys happiness" is a common consumer mindset, yet often leads to regret, revealing the complex relationship between money and happiness. This study integrates positive psychology, consumer psychology, and the concept of the focusing illusion to propose three conscious strategies: (1) value the emotional rewards of time-based consumption over sacrificing time for money. (2) avoid comparison and rapid adaptation. (3) cultivate awareness of external stimuli and personal needs. Money cannot directly buy happiness-the key lies in overcoming the focusing illusion and using money to nurture meaningful relationships, align with personal values, and foster inner fulfillment.
