摘要 |
焦點解決取向諮商學派強調經由改變個案看待問題的角度，選擇以正向意義解構問題、詮釋問題，以個案為專家，重新賦能個案，協助其發掘原有之內在資源。該諮商取向具有實際運用之可行性，已被廣泛被運用於社區衛生、教育、心理和社會工作、學校等機構，具有良好的諮商效果，也是當前很多家庭教育中心助人者所認同的輔導與諮商模式。本文藉由親職教育為例，進行短期焦點解決取向諮商學派之應用，期盼有更多助人工作者能運用焦點解決取向諮商於家庭教育實務工作，以提升家庭教育服務成效，減少家庭問題，建構健康美好的社會。 |

The solution-focused counseling approach emphasizes changing the client's perspective on the problem by deconstructing and interpreting it in a positive sense. The approach regards the client as an expert and aims to empower them by helping them discover their inherent resources. This counseling approach has been widely applied in community health, education, psychological and social work, and schools, with demonstrated feasibility and effectiveness. It has also been recognized as a counseling and guidance model by many helpers in current family education centers. This study uses parenting education as an example to illustrate the application of the solution-focused counseling approach from a short-term problem-solving perspective. We hope that more practitioners can apply this approach in their practical work on family education to enhance the effectiveness of family education services, reduce family problems, and build a healthy and beautiful society. |
