摘要

        穩定與正向的依附經驗不僅是人們發展個體化、形塑內在運作模式的要件,也是青少年建立自我認同和發展人際互動的關鍵因素。然而對於經歷關係創傷的案主而言,在建立親密關係的過程,將反覆經驗到既想靠近也想逃離的矛盾情緒,阻礙其接觸真實的心理需求、形成關係困境。本文透過文獻回顧,以關係取向心理治療為基礎,探討不同類型情緒在治療歷程中所扮演的角色,及其如何影響案主與外界的互動方式。最後,提出透過情緒覺察技術能夠達成的三項重要治療目標:一、建立穩固且有彈性的治療關係;二、引導案主理解情緒所隱含的生存訊號;三、關注正向情緒經驗並拓展案主內在資源。

    A stable and positive attachment experience is not only a prerequisite for people to develop individuation and shape their internal working models, but also a key factor for adolescents to establish self-identity and develop interpersonal interaction. However, for the client who have experienced relationship trauma, in the process of establishing an intimate relationship, they will repeatedly experience the ambivalence of wanting to approach and escape, which prevents them from getting in touch with real psychological needs. Based on relational approach psychotherapy, this paper explores the role of different types of emotions in the treatment process and how it affects the client's interaction with others through literature review. Finally, three important therapeutic goals that can be achieved through emotion awareness techniques are proposed: 1. To establish a stable and flexible therapeutic relationship; 2. To guide the client to understand the hidden survival signals of emotions; and 3. Focus on positive emotional and expand the internal resources of the client.
